Itinerary
Delhi/Chandigarh-Shimla-Manali-Delhi/Chandigarh
Arrive Delhi / Chandigarh meet and greet our tour guide at Airport / Railway station. Then drive for Chandigarh, distance 250 km, 5-6 hrs journey. Over night stay at Chandigarh
Chandigarh is the 1st planned modern city of India designed by the French architect Le Corbusier. The city was named after the mother goddess of power, Chandi, whose temple Chandimandir is a feature of the new city.
Other sight seeing like Rock Garden, Rose Garden, Sukhna Lake & 17 Sector Market. Then, departure for Shimla enroute Pinjore Garden. Over night stay at Shimla.
After breakfast, Shimla sight seeing covering Jakhoo Temple (Shimla City Highest Point 2950M) and then excursion to Kufri. Kufri is famous for its Himalayan National Park, Pony and Yak Ride and one can see the endless Himalayan Panorama from Kufri.
Other places are Green Valley, Helipad, Kufri, Fagu Valley Mahasu Peak (By Pony Ride), Chini Banglow, Himalayan National Park (Famous for Snow Leopards). Then departure for Shimla City Tour in which Indian Institute of Advance Study (Vice regal Lodge built in (1885), called Shimla Agreement Place) and Sankat Mochan Temple are the main places to visit. Over night stay at Shimla.
After Breakfast Shimla another sight seeing covering Mashobra (ideal walk in Pines trees), Naldehra, Tattapani. In Evening walk for Shimla city, The Scandal Point, famous Shopping Plaza of the North “The Mall”, Christ Church built in 1844 (Black Movie Rani’s School), The Gaiety Theatre- the first beauty contest of world was supposed to start (1887), Lakkar Bazaar etc are the main places to visit. Over night stay at Shimla.
After Breakfast drive for Manali distance 280 km, 8-9 hrs journey, enroute Sunder Nagar Lake, Pandoh Dam, Kullu famous for Woolen cloths, over night stay at Manali.
After Breakfast Manali Local Sight Seeing covering Hadimba Devi Temple, Vashisht Hot Spring, Club House, Buddhist Monastery, Van Vihar & Evening free for marketing on Mall & Chinese Market of Manali. Over night stay at Manali.
