Itinerary
Delhi- Chandigarh- Rewalsar- Kullu- Manikaran-Dharamsala
On Arrival in Delhi, we will meet you and will transfer you to the destination. We would provide you a representative from our company who would be anxiously waiting for you. He would be having your name card and would flash it on the arrival lounge so that you could easily recognize him.
From airport, he would transfer to your hotel. The hotel can be either of your choice or we would select the best one according to your needs and budgets.
Being the first day, we would recommend you take a rest and enjoy the luxuries provided by the hotel. Overnight Stay in the hotel.
Next morning after breakfast, we would drive to Chandigarh, which is 243 kms and it would take 7hrs from Delhi. We would arrive at the hotel late afternoon. Your baggage would be transferred to your room and from there we would move out for a sightseeing tour.
Depending on time, we would first explore the Rock Garden, a creation of Nek Chand, an innovator. Rock Garden is a peculiar garden as it is created from the waste material. From Rock garden, you would resort back to hotel. Your food would be served on time as and when desired by you. Pack your bags in the night itself as the next day we would leave for Rewalsar, in Himachal Pradesh. Overnight stay in the hotel.
We might have to start early in the morning, as Rewalsar is 193 kms from Chandigarh. You would have your breakfast on the way. There are number of motels and restaurants which fall on Chandigarh-Rewalsar road. These restaurants are not so big but they provide all the facilities which are needed by travelers on way. You would find a juice corner, a music store and a restaurant, all compiled in one boundary to give travelers a whole some experience.
On move, we would reach Rewalsar in seven hrs. We would have already booked your room in one of the best hotels in Rewalsar. The hotel staff would transfer your baggage to your rooms and you would be handed your keys. We would start our expedition after lunch and would visit the temples and the Gurudwara situated at the bank of Rewalsar. Overnight stay in the hotel.
From Rewalsar, we would move to Kullu which is also known as the Valley of Gods. The Kullu Valley is the most delightful region on the Western Himalayas and is now the district headquarters.
Kullu is 94 kms from Rewalsar and it would take 3 hrs to reach Kullu from Rewalsar. Again we would schedule our breakfast on way so that we don’t waste our time in morning and easily approach the city. Not only known as a hill station, Kullu is a well known pilgrimage spot for both Hindus and Sikhs. It comprises of Bijli Mahadev Shrine, Raghunathji temple and Vaishno Devi temple, thus making it a perfect pilgrimage destination. We would book your rooms in one of the best known hotels (acc to your budget and needs).
After a sightseeing tour we won’t be left with much time but just to gallop the delicious food served in the hotel. Overnight stay in the hotel.
This would be your second day in Kullu and we would start our expedition after breakfast. We would engage ourself in a sightseeing tour to Manikaran. Hot Springs, Gurudwara and Temples would be just a long list of attractions which we would explore on our tour to Kullu.
The charming landscape of Kullu and the enticing bounteous beauty of the hill station make it a picture perfect of Himachal Pradesh. Post lunch, we would engage ourself in trekking. We would trek the ground of Kullu which offers panoramic view of the landscape. The green terrains and the hilly mountains reflect the enduring canvass of gaiety. Slowly and steadily trekking the green horizons of Himachal grounds would unveil the scenic picture of the city.
Late evening, we would resort back to hotel. Drink a cup of coffee and relish the time we have spent in Kullu. You cans ask for the delicious food as and when desired by you. Overnight stay in the hotel.
Early morning, we would start our foray to Dharamshala which is 229 kms from Manikaran. It is popularly known as the Scotland of India and is a famous hill station of Himachal Pradesh. We would have booked your room in one of the famous hotels/ resort in Dharamshala.
The hill station is perched on the high slopes in the upper reaches of the valleys. Since this would be your first day and you would be tired as you would have traveled for seven hrs we would recommend you to take rest. In fact, we would spend our evening at leisure and enroll ourself in shopping spree by visiting the nearby market. Don’t forget to purchase some woolen Kullu caps. Return back to hotel room where our food would be served. Overnight stay in the hotel.
Early morning, we would start our foray from Dharamshala to Una. The distance between Dharamshala and Una is 136 km and it would take you 10 hrs to reach Una. In Una, we would explore Chintpurni Temple, which is dedicated to ‘Bhagwati Chinmastika’ or Goddess ‘Chintpurni’.
Then you have the famous Bangana-Lathian-Piplu, which is the famous Sikh pilgrimage in Una. Return back to your hotel. Overnight stay in hotel
From Una we would move to Chandigarh, which is 147 kms. It would take approximately seven hrs to reach Chandigarh from Una. Spend leisurely time in Chandigarh.
This day you would travel from Chandigarh to Delhi. You would resort to already pre booked rooms of Chandigarh hotels. We would plan a sightseeing tour for you. Depending on the time left we would cover tourist spots which would fall near your hotel. Overnight stay in the hotel.
